Bay Leaf

This Leaf can come from a variety of Bay plants, they can be used whole, dried, or ground to help dishes. The Bay Leaf has a very bitter and sharp taste if eaten raw.

If prepped in a stew or water, the aromas are what make the leaf have its flavor. It has a very, herbal taste when it is cooked and can be used in all dishes such as Indian and Pakistan, Philippine Adobo.
