The Black Angus, or extra commonly, Angus, is a black-hided breed with out horns. The Angus breed has a number of of advantages in the first-rate and manufacturing of the meat, and it quickly have become a desired breeding stock.
Flavor of Tenderness keeps the meat, moist whilst cooking, specifically at high temperatures. Beef is graded based on marbling, with the best degree of marbling reserved for the Prime grade.
