Flaxseed Oil

Flaxseed oil is obtained by strolling the flaxseed through a screw press to extract the oil. A curler is used to use a little stress to the seeds and feed them through a pressing cylinder.

Flaxseed oil is a great addition to salads or muesli but may be used with nearly any type of cold dish. However, flaxseed oil should by no means be heated due to the fact warmth destroys its treasured fatty acids.
