Salt, Pepper & Sugar

These three ingredients may not have been the first thought when it comes to seasoning. When you think seasonings of food you think herbs, spices and other vegetables/fruits.

What a lot of people don’t know is commercial restaurants and normal cuisine experiences seasoning the meat means “Salt & Pepper”. Sugar is the main base in most dessert if not ALL of them throughout the world.
