Oyster

The Aphrodisiac of the sea. Oysters are farmed and highly populated in muggy watered areas. They clean the water they are in which gives them the taste. There are 5 main species of Oysters, but they can all be found mixed throughout the world cuisine scene.

Not all Oysters can create pearls and not all oysters taste the greatest raw. Oysters are some of the only shellfish that you can easily pick up, open and eat with not health risks. Usually served in cold areas and with a booze drink to help accompany the saltiness or freshness.
